i made a craft for the girls to make at camp. it is the letter F for faith (the ones you can get at a craftstore or scrapbook store) i painted it white and shabby chic'd it. then embelleshed it with buttons white little flowers and used rub ons to spell out faith on the letter. then i tied a large chip board tag to it and painted it white as well. this is where i want to put a quote about faith so the girls can have this in thier room to remind them about faith. (the value our ward has for camp). i need a good quote for faith that isn't too long. the tag is about 3"x5"

There is no obstacle to great, no challenge too difficult, if we have faith. - President Gordan B. Hinckley "You exercise faith by...making your mind accept or believe as truth that which you cannot, by reason alone, prove for certainty." --President Boyd K. Packer; Ensign, November 1994, page 60. "Somehow, among all who have walked the earth, we have been brought forth in this unique and remarkable season. Be grateful, and above all be faithful."--President Gordon B. Hinckley, May Ensign, 2004 ~~~~ Here is the link to a poem titled "Faith of A Mustard Seed": www.angelfire.com/ut/ldsyw/mustardseed.html ~~~~ .....And this poem, titled "Faith is a Friend": www.angelfire.com/ut/ldsyw/faithfriend.html ALSO, here are some activity ideas for faith: Other ideas:- Have a fireside on the Atonement.
- Blindfold hike or Obstacle course: blindfld the girls and then have have one leader be the Holy Ghost and direct them safely while the other leaders tell them to go different ways. Make sure the girls don't know who the "Holy Ghost" is.
- Have two converts come and talk to the girls about what made them want to join the church.
- Draw pictures of the plan of salvation and then use the pictures to talk about eternal progression.
